The BBL example is clearly an instance of a loophole "before his/her first contact with the ball after it has been delivered by the bowler". Why would only the first contact be relevant here? The fielder was clearly not in control of the ball while being grounded inside the boundary and yet his "touch" to parry the ball in the playing field was deemed legal.
